Text Message received on my cellphone:
"Do you owe $10,000+ to the IRS? Our gov't approved program can REDUCE BACK TAXES by over 70%. Reply "YES" to see if you qualify! (optout, reply:out)"
Did a reverse telephone # search and the number is a cellphone number out of Chicago, IL. I don't like getting unsolicited text messages on my cellphone and wonder how this person got my cellphone number. DON'T SEND UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES TO PEOPLE'S CELLPHONES!!!!
