Keep  getting calls from this number saying that my husband took out payday loan in 2010.  not true and that it was never payed back.  not true very harrassing. called relatives too. Kerry Edwards was 1 person.

calling said I owe for a payday loan I know I did not take out. Scary part is they admit to getting all my info off the internet. When they call they are from one place voice mail is another.

Called claiming to be from Investigative Services, Daniel Jaffee, harassing me, blocked his number at home, then started calling me at work, kept calling, when I said I know Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, he said he was going to send it back to the lender for legal litigation.  He is such a liar, I have not taken out a Payday loan, and when I said I forwarded it to my attorney, he wanted to know what I had forwarded that he hadn't sent me anything.  Can't even get their own stories right.  Said he would call my HR department, go head, they know the scammers are out there, and will just hang up on him, what an idiot.
