This number called, but I missed it. There was a 3 second long voicemail, but nothing was there.

I got a call today on my cell phone.  I did not pick it up and they did not leave a message.  I called the number from work and the recorded message said I had reached the law office of Arnold Scott Harris, and to stay on the line and a representitive would be with me shortly.  I hung up.
I did an internet search for him and got a hit on the Illinois Creditors Bar Association:

the caller ID for the 312-604-7162 was "Chicago", they also called as "Harris Arnold" from 312-893-4866 and lesft a VM to call back this law office. calls are 2x day, biz and after biz hours.

got a call from 312 893 4866 to talk to Miss Grant when I called I got a vmail for RL Scott Harris PC law --also had a way to "pay" for what I don't know -- this looks like the same group as 312. 604.7162

i think this arnold harris law firm is trying to collect on illinois tollway violations on behalf of the illinois tollway (or so their letter said). IGNORE!
