called today at 11:41am, no message and at 5:30pm yesterday, no message

I heard a call center with chatter going on and after a bit an oriental female said, Hello?  Hello? I answered because I like to f*ck with them but she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and got 'We're sorry but all circuits are busy now" routine.  Oh well, call block to the rescue.
