They left me a message claiming to be Harris & Harris Limited and that they are debt collectors and to please call them at (312)574-1824. Previously, they used to leave me a different message that said if you are (so and so) please call Mr. Hoover at (312)574-1824. It's not going to happen. I do not trust debt collectors.

This is a company that (today, at least) calls themselves 'Harris & Harris, debt collectors'.
I repeatedly get calls from them left on my voicemail, saying they are debt collectors and I need to call them back immediately.
The (long distance call) phone number goes into a call center.
The rep looks up my phone number, and asks if I am xxxx yyyy zzzz. I tell them that I am xxxx aaaa zzzz, not xxxx yyyy zzzz, and ask why they keep calling me since public records state the phone number is for xxxx aaaa zzzz and not xxxx yyyy zzzz. I get nothing but a smartass response with them saying they will remove my number. A week later I have another voicemail from them.

Caller is calling wrong number, message left makes no sense a womans voice says the name, but you can't understand it, and then man voice says call Mr. Hoover, yet you can't leave a message to tell Mr. Hoover, he has the wrong number!!
