This number just called and I cant find what it is

Just got call today from same number - no message left.  Any ideas?????

I called them since there wasn't a msg. Claimed they had an outstanding bill from CDH. I never rec'd a bill and now it was sent to a collection agency? Will give them credit; they weren't pushy. They are sending a bill to me via mail to review. Have no idea if they are legit. Went once to CDH 2 yrs ago and ins paid and I paid co-pays.

No answer when you call back .
