I'm looking into this question as well and if you are interested would be glad to share my research with you. The caller interrupted me in the middle of my lunch and hang up as soon as I answered the phone. Annoying!

I just got a call from that number.   Answered said hello twice and then whoever it was hung up on me

When I called it back it was the US Prescription Card department.
