Recording said the call was from "Credit card relief" and that they've been monitoring my account balance, offered to reduce the amount of the $10,000+ balance I've been carrying on my credit card (which doesn't exist). When I pressed 9 to speak to a representative and ask to be removed, the call was disconnected

Received a call from this number, ID'd as Cedar Rapids, IA. I didn't answer. I'll add it to my contact list and name it IGNORE with the rest of them.
