Man identifies himself as calling from the Illinois State Police. When I called back to speak with him and ask for Officer Bruno, he basically blows you off and then no longer wants to talk with you. He is NOT an agent for the ISP.

A man calls identifying himself, as Rex Bruno a police officer, when you ask what this is regards to, he states a matter only to be discussed with (whom ever he may of asked for).  When I called him back from my cell, he answered this is Bruno.  When I called back from the office line very adimit that he was from the department of police when I told him that I had seen all the reports online n regards to him and this number.  He then stated he had questions for the Dr. and it was between him and the Dr.  When I told him he was full of s*it and that I was reporting him, he hung up!

Man calls himself Rex Bruno as an Illinois State Police and wants help (donation) and wants to sell ad space in the booklet. Wants to sell a full page to a quarter page. He does not want to dispatch an officer for less than $100 check.If told will donate $50 or less says he would like me to put on my credit card. A very smooth friendly person on the phone.
