Called citizen in Charlotte/ Promised loan and got her bank account info to deposit a "test check" of $499 into the account. Had citizen get Steam cards from Walmart to pay them back, then check that was deposited bounced after citizen gave the scammers the card numbers. Citizen is out $500.00 and now has a closed account.
