This firm calls to sell air duct cleaning services in the Chicago area. They refuse to abide by the do not call list.  If you ask them to stop calling they just hangup.  They change their numbers every once in a while so you even if you block one number you may get called again.  The reps say the name of the company very quickly and then when you ask them to repeat it, they hang up.
