I suspect this to be a scam.

They keep calling asking for Dennis and I keep telling them they have the wrong number. It I clear they barely speak English and are calling from a call center. I told them to stop calling but the same person continues to call

They keep calling about a loan, I tell them I don't need it and they hang up and keep calling I've received 5 calls as well as 20 Calls from another number

Get off my case

Kept calling asking me if I wanted a loan.  Then called back making improper suggestions.  I hung up.
