This is from the BBB looking for the business owner regarding an important matter. Important to them that is. They wish to sign you up for big bucks.

Called today looking to speak to someone, asked for the owner. I told her I could transfer to the CFO, but he is on vacation this week. She told me it is not practical for her to leave a message for him because he wont get back to her. ( really rude for her to assume that in my opinion) I gave her his name and she said she will call back promptly Monday morning. Probably looking to get us to join the BBB.
