Unknown number keeps calling.  I reported them to BBB

Called stating they have papers to serve and this was second attempt and to call for them to help.

Same thing they stated they have "Papers" for my wife to sign although they cannot find HER number they somehow got my number from when she listed me as an emergency contact! They also won't tell me WHO sent these papers!
SCAM!

The caller asked if I was the emergency contact for Katherine Creek. When I stated that I did not know her the caller asked that I disregard the call.

I received a call from this number tonight as well asking if i was the emergency contact for some one.  They said there was no medical emergency but they had an important message to deliver and provided an 800 number and case number.
