Got a call, no message left, but thanks to the comments here I know never to answer.

woman on the phone seemed friendly. she  said something about how i get a free vacation in Florida.
began to ask a question, "could you please answer a few questions before i transfer the call?". This scam records your conversation, saying yes in particular, so that is could be used with the rest of the information they are getting from other sources, credit, debit, then use the recording to say yes to purchases on the cards. Don't say yes or sure. Just hang up.

Mans voice, asking if I could hear him? Wondering if this is part of the scam where they are looking for a "yes" response.

WARNING!    IF you do answer,  NEVER NEVER reply YES to any of their questions.   The giggle, can you hear me, my headset keeps slipping off.  Recent warning on our CT stations, radio and TV.  Once you say the word "YES", they can now use it to say you confirmed whatever they were selling, and the bills begin. Major scam!
