312-470-6174 is being used by Dversified Consultants (displaying RUBIN ORG on caller id) for making annoyingly persistent calls to an incorrect number. This type of illegal and outrageous behavior of Diversified Consultants should not be tolerated. Diversified Consultants should be reported for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC Chapter 41, Subchapter V.

Thanks for the tip about DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS using RUBIN ORG on some of their phones. It helped me a lot!!

I let my answering machine answer this call, and then later I called back because I wanted to be sure who RUBING ORG was, since it seemed a little odd, and it was true. A recorded greeting clearly said DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS".
