Ok... First of all, the young lady woke me up out of my sleep over an account that happened over 5 years ago claiming that the company is not gonna take a lost on the account. She wasn't rude or anything so I didn't get snippy at her cuz she's only doing her job. Told her didn't have any extra money at time to do anything with but I guess she didn't know about the seven year rule in Illinois. The only reason why I spoke to her is because A.) She didn't come off as rude like other bill collectors do, B.) I thought this was a job calling & C.) I don't run from bill collectors. If I don't have it: I don't have it. What they gonna do come to my house & take it out of my pocket. I only have 1 more year & I'm free from these types of calls.

i got a call from this number.. His name was Mr. Martin and says that my number was a contact number to call.. He then gives the number of 888-582-0117,,,
Now whoever this caller was can't possibly be stupid to think that I'm calling back.

If it was a telemarketer or a debt collector he would have known my name.
I have been having lots of calls like this as of late. Beware of any numbers and if you have an answering machine let it pick up the call... screen all calls because once you answer they will be hounding you for a long time to come.

This number keeps calling last week they said it was about a collection on a credit card.  I do not recall any and have not had any since 2004.  The woman was very rude and demanding.  She then asked me for email that she would send documents with information.  to date I have not received email. Again she calls today . I reminded her they called last week and were suppose to send me docs. with an attitude responds I called you?  I then asked how can I help she demanded you can start by making payment.  I asked her to stop calling she is rude and hung up.
