312-470-6141 is being used by Dversified Consultants for making annoyingly persistent calls to wrong numbers. Such illegal and outrageous behavior of Diversified Consultants should not be tolerated. Diversified Consultants should be reported for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC Chapter 41, Subchapter V.

Repeat of Axel Lanausse comments.  Diversified Consultants persist in making calls to wrong numbers OR to a number that has been reassigned.  I know which numbers they are calling from so I just mute the call and block them from leaving a message.
