This number calls and says they are going to sue and summons will be served. The irony is it is being served against my recently deceased father! I have told them that but they keep calling. The estate does not have anything to give. I am going to send a cease and desist letter. That will stop them!

Left my number message said a name which is same as husband's, son's,  nephew's 2 of them and an acquaintance coincidence that all have same 1st and last name, said it was connected to ss# and charges were going to be filed in our town on him. Him who? I called back no answer and left message very upset as I work graveyards and had just fallen asleep for a nap that before they call and leave those kind of messaged to day what ss# they have ad I'm not dumb enough to givem my husband's., nor my sons.
