This Company is Called National Credit Card, they get your number when you become a small business owner, they want you to accept a business card card with them.

They say they're from National Bank Card, they claim to be the largest merchant provider.

Most likely this number is not from NBC but actually a group of people that find referalls for NBC.  They're very rude and say there is no such thing as a "DO NOT CALL LIST"
