I keep getting calls from this number asking for a Mark Griffin and I keep telling these people that no one by that name lives here and I don't know a Mark Griffin.

Got a call claiming I owe a debt from a payday loan which I paid back a long time ago. The person who called me is named James Ferguson

I've gotten several from this clown - from 2 different companies. He's even called my work and my elderly mother. Never took out a loan like this in my life. I challenged him over the phone over the details he had, and as soon as I said the word "scam" he hung up.

Funny thing is that he told me that he was from nova core investments. Big mistake! nova core investments came out on the news already in Florida and the news said they are a scam!!!

the first man said he was an investigator and that i had to pay a bill from over 5 years ago or i was going to jail and after he took my information and made payment arrangements he patched me over to another guy named james ferguson he kept harassing me to pay him today or he was turning the issue over to the local sheriffs dept. and after he realized i wasnt paying him any money today he hung up on me
