Caller states their name is Mark Prichard with the arbitration department. Mark claims he is investigating my mother and father for felony fraud. Mark also claims he is working with the local police department to issue warrants for my parents arrest. I asked why he hasn't issued the arrest yet and why a summons hasn't been filed through the court system. Mark became irate and stated that because I called back and was being rude to him, he was going to make sure my parents get arrested today (8/26/14) then disconnected the call. the name of the company this Mark works for was not given.

I got the same call frfrom him. He had my dob old bank account number and ssn. Said they were filing arrest warrants against me in the county where the alleged crime happened and where I live now. He said my bail was 5k or I could pay 500. I was driving told him I would call back.. I did some digging read it was a scam . When he called back I told him I knew he was a debt collector and that a warrant could not be issued where I live because the crime didn't happen here. He got mad stated he wasn't a dent collector and to contact my state attorney tomorrow because warrant would be issued and hung up on me

Do not let them bully you...there is a statute of limitations on everything...they have to file any warrants in the actual county or parish it happened in...they call my number 10 times a day...asking for some one I do not even know about...DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU and DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING......

They are a company that buys very old debts...they can not issue warrants so just tell them to buzz off.....

Both my sister and I received calls from him stating I was involved in a criminal matter. And warrants were being filed.
