I received a text from 312-451-6270 telling me I was selected to receive a $50 Target Gift Card by calling 1-888-684-4708 to redeem.  When you call the number, a recording tells you since you responded, you are now eligible to receive a $100 gift card to several national retailers.  When you speak to a rep, they cannot be understood.  When I told them to remove me from their list, I was hung up on.
