Got a call from this # at 3:38 p.m.  Only picked up because I thought it was my son calling (didn't have glasses on) and the lady finally said something when I kept saying "hello" & she asked for the person who pays the electric bill & I said she was not here & hung up.  Next time I will put my glasses on and disregard the call all together.

Electric company scam. Caller claims u must pay electric bill immediately over the telephone via credit card or service will be cut off.
Aside from the amount owed for electricity (as claimed by the caller) being extremely inflated, the caller has no knowledge of who my electric provider is, nor could caller provide my electric company customer number.
