is this legit?

Got a call from 312-447-2384 same thing, want to know who to talk with, asked for a number to call him back, and then looked up Canadian Executive Quarterly and found this site, you should read the legal terms of the advertising they want you to do? Not in my lifetime.

Someone named Jacob called from 312-447-2384 and asked for our President.  (my job to screen these calls).  I asked what's it regarding and Jacob said that our President had called him to do an ad for our Company.  My boss was right next to me at the time and he told me that is not true and to hang up on Jacob.  When I confronted Jacob about his lie, he become very rude and demanded to speak to the President immediately.  I ended up hanging up on him as his language is not suitable for this forum.  What a jerk he is.
