Caller uses 312-436-1155 line for skip trace. Return calls to number has delayed busy signal. Id says "ILLINOIS CALL" Vm recorded 866-725-4895. 866-691-3561 and 800-440-6643

Caller ID says ILLINOIS CALL, voice said "this is Lisa Williams call me back at...my answering.system cut off at that point. Seems like a skip trace front for a local collection agency, where they call random numbers at odd hours and never answer. Also numbers like this use auto-dialers.

Another call from this number 312-436-1155; id "ILLINOIS CALL" garbled, speed-induced, female voice said "this is "unintelligible, national services, calling for unintelligible" please call 800-440-6643, my extension is 3695.
