Hello Elizabeth - Did you ever figure out who it was calling from 3124295827?  I have now received two calls from this number.  Today someone said hello several times and could not hear me reply.  They then left the phone connected for two full minutes with background sounds of children.  They then disconnected with no further ado and did not try calling back yet.  Strange...I don't know anybody from the Chicago area and it was definitely not a business.

I have received two calls from this number, a call yesterday that I missed and then most recently a few minutes ago. I answered and the male caller said hello several times but apparently could not hear my reply. They then left the phone connected for two full minutes with background sounds of children.  After they disconnected they did not try calling back yet.  I do not know anybody from the Chicago area and it was definitely not a business call and very unlikely a telemarketer unless set in a home office with children present.

Looks like another scammer. This number has called several times without ever leaving a message and caller ID always says "customer support". We have NEVER given out this phone number and only use it for outgoing long distance calls.
