I have file bankruptcy with my business and my personal and have this harris and harris calling me saying I owe Nicor, my bankruptcy went thru in April 2010.  Can they do this?  Harrass me like this? Nicor was listed in my bankruptcy.

This is a collection agency.  Harris & Harris

Received a call from these people claiming I owed Nicor $805.25.  I have a credit balance with Nicor but they insist I owe this money and need to call Nicor and fix this if there is an error.  I called Nicor and they verified I have a credit balance and this has never been sent to a collection agency.  They did admit that this agency representing attorney Arnold Scott Harris is the one they use for commercial accounts but they never sent my account to them.  After calling both Nicor and the collection agency each twice neither one will call the other to fix this error.  Very rude people at the agency and no help from Nicor.

I got a call today from a law office from nicor. I try calling back no answer. This is a scam.
