They will continue until you say "YES" then they will use it to authorize charges on a credit card of yours they have.  Latest scam....  hang up, if iPhone go to "recent". Hit "I" button and block call.  NEVER SAY YES TO ANYTHING LIKE "CAN YOU HEAR ME?" Etc.   I'm all for the death penalty for [***] like this!!!
