It's the same old Rachel scam with a new voice; block it. Or, if you have Uverse's Exclusive Call Forwarding, forward it to another number....be creative!

Not sure how it happens, but every time this number calls me, it messes up my voice mail & has to be reset by Comcast. Call says its from Cocoa Beach, FL & offers to take me off their list.

voicemail recorded message "...Press 1 to speak to an operator to reduce your rate or press 9 to be removed from these notices."
No idea what this is about but I'm going to label it Telemarketers because it's either about credit cards (that I don't have) or about selling me merchant services since these are the two kinds of calls I get with this kind of "reduce your rate" language.

312-392-0621 keeps calling my home about reducing my credit card interest rate. I've asked many time to be removed from their list. Today I did again and the guy hung up on me.
