Got text from this number "do you need cash".  Since I know no friend or relative that would offer that  :)  THIS IS AN UNWANTED TEXT.  (phone is on a no call list).

This is a SCAM from Chicago with people trying to make a fast buck at your expense. Report this number to the FTC as well as IC3.gov, and if you are on the "don not call" list, register this number as well. These people want a fast dollar at your expense, and for the most part are unable to keep a regular job, so they bought into this scam.
