Beware using the services of an Israeli locksmith technician named "Ben", who is doing business as "24/7 Locksmith Services" with a phone number listed as (323) 391-3691, which is probably a Google phone number that forwards calls to his cell (312) 391-3691.  He gets referrals from "Locksmiths Professional", which list their corporate address as 464 Foothill Blvd., La Canada, CA 91011, (818) 864-5029, which when you visit it, belongs to a Flintridge Proper Restaurant & Bar.  This ring of operators are practicing a "bait and switch" scam.  The problem is that when you call 411 and ask for a local locksmith, "Locksmiths Professional" is in their database.  "Ben" overcharged by nearly 4x the national average ($68), after "Locksmiths Professional" quoted lockout service at $45 for the service call and $25 for labor ($70 total).  If you cannot pay their excessive fee, they may ask to hold your computer or jewelry as collateral (they may be canvassing houses, profiling them for future robberies).
