312-386-5661, claims to be "Mercy Home," however, when I answered, only a blank air sound, no prompts, recordings, or live person, no message at all.  These calls come in M-S, 8am-9pm, & I believe a Catholic Organization, would not fund raise on Sunday, especially after 6-7pm, as most Christians observe the Sabbath on that day.  Yes, US Postal letters are sent, for donations or an invitation to functions, but calling, don't believe this is happening.  I have called "Mercy Home" in my area, they told me that the above number doesn't match their organizations in any state or county.  I did receive a phone call this week with the same telephone number, showing 1-312-386-5661, with no identifying named.  Again, I reported this to the "DO NOT CALL," registry complaint department, to 311, and the Attorney General's office.  When I did pick up, there was a blank air space, no one answered, but I did say, "DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN, OR I'LL CALL THE POLICE!"  To no avail!   I believe this is a person using a computer to make harassing spoof calls.  For the past 3 yrs 7 mos, I've had more harassing and unwanted phone calls, with my having to call my phone provider, as my telephone service is interupted, that I'm not able to call out, nor am I able to stay in conversation with others, as I am cut off, then I view in my caller id, "Line In Use, or No Line!"   I would appreciate it if our government would enforce laws and find these criminals whom violate, harass and use fraud to dupe the unsuspecting citizens.  I am in need of peace of mind, as I am dealing with emotional stresses, having lost my sister, 48 yrs old, a brother, 64 yrs old, an aunt, uncle, cousin this past year, having other siblings suffering with cancers and the effects of it, grandchildren diagnosed with lyme disease, myself having dental surgery, bone grafting, a cancer survivor, who approximately suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning and being executrix of my brother's estate, dealing with courts, DMV, lawyers, agencies, lawyers, I don't need to take time from my busy schedule to be overwhelmed by unwanted, fraudulent scheming, harassing telemarketers, criminals, who allege to be serving charitable organizations.   It's enough that at least three to four times per week, I am in receipt of an abundance of unwanted mailings from charitable, political or other organizations wanting donations, also, multitude of magazines or advertisements that I have no ties, nor am a consumer of.  It's time consuming shredding these unwanted mailings and phone calls.  PLEASE VIEW THIS AND ASSIST IN CEASING THESE PRACTICES FROM OCCURRING!  Don't know why my taxes continue to elevate and I am paying for these deceptive criminals to fraudulent extort the hardworking American Citizens!  Please Help!
