received recorded message/call to my cellphone on 1/23/14 soliciting housing services, etc. from 312-380-0434. whomever the caller is should know it's illegal to solicit by phone when there's no option to opt out or cease call during the message; if the number they are calling is on 'do not call' registry; or if they haven't any prior relationship with person whom they are calling.
