This number keeps ringing up on my cell, but nobody answers me when I answer the call. There is a few moments of silence then it hangs up.

Why this number is calling me several times a day. I do not understand what is their problem ? Can anybody know whose number is this?

this number called my house phone, saying they are Harris and Harris Ltd debt collectors.
Here's the kicker....We don't owe anyone any money, we pay our bills on time every month.....
I am so glad my house phone doesn't work properly. I have to call and get my messages from another phone.  And I am on the DO NOT CALL List.

I get calls from this number and a recording states they are from Harris & Harris LTD and that they are a debt collector.  I don't owe any past due bills and they don't ask for anyone by name so I assume they are dialing the wrong number. And I will never return the call.
