robocall, recording said they were LIHEAP and I qualified for financial help ,this was left on my answering machine, will call the local liheap office tomorrow and see if i do, not sure why chicago would be calling me in down state illinois.

I don't answer unfamiliar numbers. Thanks to 1-800 notes so I can see the type of calls I ignore.
I just got a call from this number, they did not leave a message.
