Caller ID showed Discount Dept.

part of the message goes to my machine, I always hear "or press 2 to waive" and on part, but someone else posted this on another site.

or press 2 to waive your eligibility
press 0 to speak to a program representative."

Answered this call & was hung up on immediately when I said "hello?"

called me 3 mins ago, I didn't pick up  they didn't leave msg.

Sick of these repeated calls!!!  I am on the no Call List!!!
