Received a call on 11/07/2014 at 01:48 PM. Left voice mail but it was blank. Caller ID shows "Chicago, IL." Phone number is suspiciously similar to (312) 340-5544, 5556, 5557, 5562, 5563, 5564, 5567, 5580, 5581, 5582, and 5583 which are all on my do not answer list.

A recording that wants to "lower my electric rate".

== do not need people calling me saying they will lower my electric rates....I am staying with ComEd===period! Waste your time, not mine!!!! I do not answer and I am sick of these people....
