I received a cell phone call from this number tonight (12/11/2015) and of course did not answer. I never do, if I do not recognize the number. No one who knows me would call me any later than 8pm, anyway, unless it was an emergency. The call came in at almost 8:30p.m. and it ticks me off that these scammers can do as they please; apparently without repercussions.
I am not on FB and don't know what CatMom68 above is talking about, anyway, regarding the messenger service she refers to. I have no "bells or whistles" on my cell phone, no added messenger or chat software, and I avoid social websites like the plague because my private life is just that. It seems to me there is no specific pattern to these telemarketing/spam calls, just random in my experience.
