This is a phone from people scamming users with fake loan approvals for 3000 dollars.  They get you to send them money to paypower for loan processing fees.  These are actually paypower debit cards.  If you send them the money through money gram, you will lose your money.

How do they get your account information

Thanks for the info, they called today advising I was approved 3000 Thank God, I went with my first instinct and declined the offer. Glad to know I was right!
