Phone call from a man, Jonathan Matthews, claiming her represented Samuel Whitacker &associates, but worked for Walter,Williams& associates law firm.
Said I owed money on delinquent credit card from 04-12 in the amount if $2200.00, but would take $1000.00 if I paid it by 5 pm the next day!  He would not provide me proof! No bank name, or last 4 digits if card! Which the first 12 he did give me are no where on my credit report from those years....not my card!
Claimed he tried to have me served twice, lies I have security cameras and no one tried that! He said if I didn't pay he was just going to take it from my credit cards, and seize my home and car!
I asked for proof it was my debt, he gave me a whole bunch of excuses.
Called my states attorney general they said it's a scam, don't answer the phone, ignore him and to contact my credit cards and bank to put them on alert!
Called an hour ago and said he was giving me one hour and then he's serving me papers!
Go ahead and take me to court then he has to provide proof of my debt!

I spoke to Michelle she is a rude witch, she kept hassling me and putting me on hold.  I recorded all the conversations I had with them.  I do owe the person they made reference to but beware. I am sending info to the police.

Called named Jonathan Matthews threatening to have me arrested and charged with anfelony if I didn't pay my husband ex wife pay day loan she took out under my husband SSN, which she has actually done. I am military so is my husband he threatened to call JAG and get out strips taken if we didn't pay $850 immediately we fell for it until base legal told us it was a scam. This guy is well educated in law lingo and even "offered" me legal advised on sueing my husband ex wife. DONT BE DUMB like me we just lost $850 and trust me we needed it for the real legal issues going on not some free cash for a scam artist.

Man named Jonathan Mathews saying he had been trying to get in contact with me and was going to serve me papers they have called me before about a year ago for a debt from 10 years ago I asked for proof of what I owed and told them to send it to my email the phone calls and harassment stopped because they didn't have it I never got served but beware they will contact your family members they called my mom and tried to get money from her huge scam they are not a real law firm
