It's definitely one of the CSO's fundraising numbers, which start around 294-3710 and range (at least) up to 294-3750.

Calls a couple times a day, no message. Caller ID reads "Symphony Center." I believe DonorP is correct about is being the Chicago Symphony Orchestra fundraising. I've never had an affiliation with them, so I don't know why I'm on their list.
