Did not take call.  No message left.  Initial search reveals this to be a fax line for Advanced Sports Media, located in Chicago, Illinois.  According to the company's website, firm "...designs, develops and markets innovative internet based applications for sports fans and fantasy sports participants."

Your calls are coming twice a day-once around noontime, then about 8:30pm. Stop !

Also received a call from Advanced Sports Media -- and web lookup revealed the call came from their fax machine, at 945 pm on a Saturday night.

Came through at 8:50PM caller ID was SSI
