This is a scam.  I called the number (blocked mine), and their message said "welcome to our communications platform.....etc...etc....."  No company name or identifying information, whatsoever.  That's they way they like it!  Gave choice to be connected to leave a message, or connect to a csr.  Never do that, (or even punch any numbers) for a variety of reasons.  One is because now you have called them, giving them reason to keep calling you!  If they were legit, they would have their business name registered with an actual company name (for caller ID), or leave a message, or at least identify their actual company name on their answering system.  Oh, yeah, I forgot - PLATFORM.  Right!

I rec'd a message with no business name attached to the call, just to hit a particular button to talk with someone, have my number opted off the list or leave a message. I do not answer calls that I do not recognize the number & I do not like when the caller does not identify themselves.

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID said "Cleaning Sale".  Called back using a different phone, recording said "Welcome to the customer communications management platform....".  I was given the option of talking to a live person, or being put on their do not call list.  I hung up without pressing a number.
