Got a call from this number asking for another family member.

Someone called me from this number saying I was a finalist in some type of submission - unidentified. Said it was recorded. Wanted to know preferred credit card I used. This just reeked of a scam. I tried to call the number back - no dialing, no answer. Watch out!
