This wasn't from Comcast, although she asked about my recent service tech visit. If Comcast wanted to know how the tech did, they would call, not some other company. Beware!

I recently switched my home phone, internet & cable services from direcTV to COX. I was expecting follow-up calls so I decided to answer it. That is exactly what is was for me.
