I just got a call from a guy saying hes got a subopeana for me and needed my personal info and another contact number. I turned his [***] in to the FTC, FCC and the Attorney Generals office. Beware.

Got the same call today about a subpoena and that I needed to call back by 6pm. Since reading this, I'm going to report it instead of calling back. Thank you!!!

Just received a call from unknown to return call to 312-278-3295 to Banon and Waters Law Offices to cease and assist order.

THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COLLECTION AGENCY...  IF THEY WON;'T MAIL YOU PROOF OF THE DEBT ON THEIR OWN LETTERHEAD, THIS PROVES IT.... DO NOT PAY UNLESS THEY CAN PROVE TWO THINGS:
that they own the debt they are trying to collect (chain of title) and that they are a real company with a physical address, and they MAIL you something on their letterhead thru US MAIL... if they can't do either, DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME..>NOT A LAWFIRM, CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU
