Robotic message with just the phone number. No message. Tried to return the call, just plays music with no answer

received a call. nobody was there. I hung up and called them back. all i got was music. not even heard it ring.

Told them i was returning call because somebody call my house. I asked to please take my number off their call list and he told me i better watch my mouth or i would see.
