Received a call from this creep Ben saying he could help lower my mortgage payments.  I was to pay him $650 for his "advise" but I would have to do the work.  He left a very nasty msg on my cell phone saying he purchased my loan and paid $1500 to the county clerk's office and I would be served eviction papers that weekend.  Said people had been calling him inquiring about purchasing my home.  My house is not for sale, not in arrears or up for foreclosure.  My mortgage company said my account is fine, in good standing.  
Wish I could get my hands on this little piss ant.  I got something for your multiple personality disorder.

Ben called me yesterday saying that he would charge me $650 to get my loan restructured but it would have to be a "trust" situation and there would be no written contract.  He gave me his number and company name to call him back at a later time.  His call came into my cell phone as "private" .

Moral and verbal harrassment includin harsh personal degregation from an employee named Ben...
