Received this phone number attached to an email. It is an opportunity to get a diploma in 40 days. Yep, just 40 days!  Hey, I want to get a diploma from a company that sends an email reading: "Thousand people have improved the life thanks to us." Yes, the first diploma I want is an English diploma, than I will donate it to this company so they can send an email with proper diction and grammar!

ANY SPAM INVITING YOU TO CALL BACK A NUMBER FOR A DEGREE IS A SCAM. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY CERTAIN AMOUNT AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A DIPLOMA IN YOUR FIELD.
THEY WANT YOU TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEN ALL YOUR MONEY WILL BE FOR THEM.

PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER AND ANY OTHER THEY SUBMIT BECAUSE THEY CHANGE IT OFTEN.

Yes I realize it is a scam but the question is beings they are sending emails from a bogus sender how do we take legal action aginst this person for continuing to send harassing emails?
